Uviwe Nokukhanya Ntsaluba is a programme consultant at UN Women South Africa Multi-Country Office, specialising in Gender Based Violence and Women, Peace and Security. Her undergraduate degree is from Rhodes University in Legal Theory and English – with joint Honors in both. She has a Masters in African Studies from The University of Birmingham – with a focus on masculinity studies and popular culture. She also recently completed a Masters in Law at the University of London in Gender And Law. She is an avid reader who uses social media to promote literacy – and engage with young people on the importance of literacy.
